New Details Emerge on Tridel’s Plans for Phase 4

Exciting news continues to develop as more details emerge on Tridel’s involvement in Phase 4 of Regent Park’s revitalization. The project at 325 Gerrard Street East will mark Tridel’s first venture in the neighborhood, with two proposed towers standing 19 and 39 storeys tall. These buildings will introduce over 900 residential units, featuring a mix of affordable and market-rate housing. Designed by gh3 architects, a firm behind landmark condos such as 77 Erskine, Tretti Condos, 2485 Eglinton West, Nordic Condos and many others.

While anticipation builds, the sales launch date for this significant project remains unknown. We speculate that Tridel will wait for the Daniels Corporation to wrap up sales for Daniels on Parliament North and South towers prior to bringing this yet-to-be-named project to the market.

Alongside housing, the development will bring vibrant public spaces and amenities designed to enhance community life. In collaboration with Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC), Tridel is set to push Regent Park’s transformation forward with a focus on sustainability and connectivity. The design includes accessible green spaces, pedestrian-friendly pathways, and excellent access to public transit. One can be certain that the housing density in Phase 4 & 5 will be higher than the previous 3 phases, meaning taller towers and a greater number of units will be built.
