A few weeks ago, we had the pleasure of attending the official groundbreaking ceremony for the Daniels Corporation’s latest addition to Regent Park, a project named – Daniels on Parliament.
Daniels on Parliament is a brand new pre-construction project coming to the corner of Parliament and Gerrard in the North-West corner of the community, also known as Phase 3 of the revitalization. As a matter of fact, Daniels on Parliament will be the last building in Phase 3 of the Regent Park Revitalization and likely the last project by Daniels. Phase 4 and 5, as some of you may know have been awarded to Tridel.
Daniels has truly decided to put some phenomenal finishing touches on this project. After all DOP has tremendous importance to the community and the revitalization plan. Finishing off with the amazing sales program, where average unit dollar per square foot of $1,300 is the most attractive in all of downtown, to the amazing 10% deposit program. These are just some of the reasons why DOP sold to over 70% in one week of Platinum agent sales.
