Despite being a relatively small project, based on unit count, The Wyatt is not short of amenities. The most unique of which is the Bouldering cave located on the 3rd floor of the residence. An excellent place for those of you that enjoy climbing to come and get some work in, any time of the day. No booking required.
One Park West residents get to enjoy a very unique and rarely-seen amenity in today’s new condo world. A party room, outdoor terrace, and dining/boardroom that is located on the Penthouse Floor of the building. Most developers these days will reserve PH floors for oversized and overpriced units to squeeze as much profit as possible, so finding amenities on the penthouse floor is truly unique. It is no surprise that we refer to these 2 projects as having the best amenity package in all of Regent Park. The best amenity is by far the phenomenal fitness centre located on the 3rd floor. Based on square footage alone, this is the largest condo gym in Regent Park. Extensive range of equipment from cardio machines, cable machines, TRX cables, stability balls, dumbbells, kettle bells, a squat rack and more. This condo gym truly provides the full package and eliminates the need for a gym membership. We have seen many condo developers make this claim, but this project actually delivers. The best condo gym in all of Regent Park, period.
A special mention will have to be made of the co-working area in Artsy and Artworks. A stunning space with a common working area, a kitchenette, a larger private boardroom and two smaller private working spaces. Working from home has never been this good.
